• From the Italian province of Emilia-Romagna, these Amarena cherries have been a Fabbri family tradition since 1905, and they're still crafted using the original recipe. Famous for their deep red color and complex flavors, the local wild cherries are preserved in a luscious syrup made from their own natural juices. Packaged in Fabbri's signature blue-and-white ceramic crock, they're a memorable garnish for cocktails, sparkling wines and Shirley Temples or as a topping for gelato, cheesecake and other desserts.
